Track practice will begin on Tuesday, January 30th, 2018. 

Practice time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM-10:30 AM (February 10th, 17th, 24th)

2017 Cross Country Practice Schedule​

Cross Country practice will begin on Tuesday, September 5th, 2017. 

Practice time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM-10:30 AM

Practice location: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

This schedule can change due to weather or other unforeseen problems. Up to date changes will be posted on Facebook, email, text messaging and team app. Please be sure to provide us with the most effective way to reach you.  

All Participants need:
» Sweatpants, Sweatshirts, or shorts and t-shirt.
» Running shoes, no basketball, football, tennis, or other type shoes with hard sole.
» Personal water bottle with own water or sports drink.
» Any medications that the child may need while participating in sport.
